Weapons Of The New World Order
Sauve Qui Peut.
Recently, Air Force Chief, Secretary Michael Wynne,
said that new weapons technology should be tested on U.S. civilians
before it gets sent into the battlefield.
What th'...?!?...!!!!!
(Hey Mike !...Hows about you stand on that X while I turn this thing on.)
Just what is Mikey talking about ?
A rifle with racing stripes ?
Nope.
The Future Is Here Dept.
He's talking about this -
It's like taking the door off your microwave oven, turning it on, and pointing it at someone.
But Bigger, and Badder,...And, it has 'cook' levels just like yours does !
WOW !
Classified as "Less-Lethal" by the Pentagon, it fires a 95 gigahertz microwave beam
at
'rioters' to cause heating and intolerable pain in less than five seconds.
(Your microwave oven is about 2.5 gigahertz.)
The United States Department of Defense believes that the weapons will be
particularly useful in urban conflict.
(And don't think they've forgotten about you suburban and rural folks.)
The ADS weapon's beam causes pain within 2 to 3 seconds and it becomes intolerable
in less than 5 seconds. People's reflex responses to the pain is expected to force them
to move out of the beam before their skin can be burnt.
It may be paired with "Gunslinger", a rapid-fire gun that will detect enemy snipers
and automatically fire back at them.
U.S. Marines and police are both working on portable versions.
New Scientist magazine reported that during tests carried out at Kirtland Air Force Base
in New Mexico, participants playing the part of rioters were told to remove glasses and
contact lenses to protect their eyes.
In another test they were also told to remove metal objects like coins from their clothing to
avoid local hot spots developing on their skin. They also checked the volunteers' clothes
for certain seams, buttons and zips which might also cause hot spots.
Sweating makes it worse.
What happens if you can't get out of the way ?
(Ever burn popcorn in the microwave ?)
DEFENSE
Get out of the area.
Disable the unit.
I Get The Feeling There's A Lot He's Not Telling Us Dept.
I'm going somewhere with this,
so stay with me, because I'm going to run through a lot of things fairly quickly.
(This is only a partial list.)
Then I want to show you something.
Friday isn't Fry-Day anymore !
PHASR
The Personnel Halting and Stimulation Response Rifle
Developed at the Air Force Research Laboratory in New Mexico
This gun may be the last thing you see.
Another "Less-Lethal" device.
(BTW, 'Less-Lethal' is the official term, NOT the civilian 'Non-Lethal'.)
Note: Laser weapons capable of blinding enemies have been developed in the past but were banned under a 1995 UN Convention called the
Protocol on Blinding Laser Weapons.
Many of these techniques are highly controversial, particularly the use of lasers to temporarily blind an opponent. Britain was forced to abandon high-powered lasers to "dazzle" jet pilots, a technique allegedly used during the Falklands War, because it contravened new global rules outlawing devices designed to permanently disable combatants or cause someone
to crash a plane.
It uses two different frequencies of light in case the target, (You),
is wearing goggles to block one of the frequencies.
It works at the speed of light and is good for up to about a mile.
(They're still working out the permanent blindness problem.)
DEFENSE
If you see flashes of green light, block your eyes from it and look away.
Mirrored sunglasses are a good start.
It fires a powerful, doughnut-shaped pulse of air at supersonic speed.
Experts say the weapon could fire riot-control gas or other chemicals to disperse
mobs or disable enemy troops.
Scientific Applications & Research Associates, a U.S. firm that has made such a gun,
said it could fire shock waves that hit people "with enough force to knock them off balance.
[ It ] feels like having a bucket of cold water thrown on to your chest".
DEFENSE
Get out of the area.
Lean forward to brace for impact.
LRAD
Long Range Acoustic Device
![]() |
![]() |
A lot more common than you might think.
The device emits an earsplitting mechanical wave in a focused narrow beam only
33 inches in diameter. The shrill sound is approximately 150 decibels (1000 W/m²) in intensity,
a level that is very capable of permanently damaging hearing.
Smoke detectors are in the 80 to 90 decibel range.
(Think of a smoke detector on steroids.)
Carl Gruenler, vice president of military and government operations for
American Technology Corp., says that being within 100 yards of the device is extremely painful,
but its use should be limited to 300 yards to be effectively used.
He concedes that the device is powerful enough to cause permanent auditory damage,
but that it is only meant to be used for a few seconds at a time.
The new LRAD 1000 works up to over 1,000 yards.
Some of the Iraq-bound devices are being used by members of the
1st Marine Expeditionary Force and the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing,
both deployed to the western province of Al Anbar.
DEFENSE
Get out of the area.
Remember, it has a narrow focused beam about as big as the disc itself.
Put something between you and it.
Always carry earplugs, otherwise cover your ears.
If you cannot run, lie down until the nausea passes.
PEP
Pulsed Energy Projectile
An invisible induced plasma pulse
Weighing in at 500 pounds, this projects a beam that creates a plasma pulse at its target.
When the plasma pulse strikes an individual,
it results in a flash-bang effect that startles and distracts.
It also has a kinetic effect on the individuals nerve sensors.
Because it vaporizes the first thing it hits.
It creates plasma that heats the surrounding air so fast that,
basically, the air explodes. The resulting shock wave will knock you to the floor.
The current plan is to mount the 'laser' on a truck, plane or helicopter,
fire it from a safe distance to stop rioters, snipers or soldiers,
without risking harm to military personnel.
The good news is, it works.
The bad news is, it works.
( Byte Me.)
DEFENSE
Get out of the area.
Put something wide between you and it -
Don't stand near the edge of what you're hiding behind,
as it can explode the air near that edge and still get you.
(Why can't they make a happy gun ?)
:)
What If They Just Want To Mess Up A Lot Of People All At Once ? Dept.
DREAD
It can shoot everything around it, all at once.
Imagine a gun with no recoil, no sound, no heat, no gunpowder,
no visible firing signature (muzzle flash), and no stoppages or jams of any kind.
Now imagine that this gun could fire .308 caliber and .50 caliber metal projectiles
accurately up to 8,000 fps (feet-per-second), while featuring an infinitely variable/programmable
cyclic rate-of-fire (as high as 120,000 rounds-per-minute),
and was capable of laying down a 360 degree field of fire.
Note: Paintballs are only 400 fps.
Now imagine running like hell to put something, anything between you and it.
At 8,000 fps, they would go right through you, and hit the person behind you.
(Hey, it's a two-fer !)
DEFENSE
Get out of the area.
Get as many buildings between you and this machine as possible.
HPM
High-Power Microwave / E-Bomb
Frying all the circuits in everything you own.
You hear a sharp crack in the distance.
By the time you mistakenly identify this sound as an innocent clap of thunder,
the civilized world will be over.
Fluorescent lights and television sets will glow eerily bright, despite being turned off.
The aroma of ozone mixed with smoldering plastic will seep from outlet covers
as electric wires arc and telephone lines melt.
Your BlackBerry and iPod will feel warm to the touch, their batteries overloaded.
Your computer, and every bit of data on it, will be toast.
The background music of civilization, the whirl of internal-combustion engines,
will have stopped.
Save a few diesels, engines will never start again.
It's a weapon that targets electronics.
Tested in the first Gulf War in Iraq, it operates in the gigahertz-band frequencies,
(4 to 20 GHz), and sends out a microwave pulse that interacts with circuits in electronic
components and fries them.
(Have you backed up your files on disc yet ?)
The Compton Effect. In 1958, nuclear weapons designers ignited hydrogen bombs high over the Pacific Ocean. The detonations created bursts of gamma rays that, upon striking the oxygen and nitrogen in the atmosphere, released a tsunami of electrons that spread hundreds of miles. Street lights were blown out in Hawaii and radio navigation was disrupted for 18 hours, as far away as Australia. The United States set out to learn how to "harden" electronics against this electromagnetic pulse (EMP).
TIP - Tube electronics are "Hardened". Go figure.
A Poor Man's E-Bomb
You can make your own for about $400.
Really.
An FCG, (Flux Compression Generator), is an astoundingly simple weapon.
It consists of an explosives-packed tube placed inside a slightly larger copper coil.
The instant before the chemical explosive is detonated,
the coil is energized by a bank of capacitors, creating a magnetic field.
The explosive charge detonates from the rear forward.
As the tube flares outward it touches the edge of the coil,
thereby creating a moving short circuit.
"The propagating short has the effect of compressing the magnetic field while reducing
the inductance of the stator [ coil]. The result is that FCGs, will produce a
ramping current pulse, which breaks before the final disintegration of the device.
Published results suggest ramp times of tens of hundreds of microseconds and peak
currents of tens of millions of amps."
The pulse that emerges makes a lightning bolt seem like a flashbulb by comparison.

To ignite an E-bomb, a starter current energizes the stator coil, creating a magnetic field.
The explosion -
(A) expands the tube, short-circuiting the coil and compressing the magnetic field forward
(B) the pulse is emitted
(C) at high frequencies that defeat protective devices like Faraday Cages.
(A little science goes a long way.)
DEFENSE
Switch your emergency electronics to tube versions.
Have some candles put away.
Fuel. Food. Water.
(And for the chaos after it happens....) Firearms.
(Right to Protect Life, Liberty & Property.)
Airborne Lasers

Missiles aren't the only things they can fry.

Caption this.
The Airborne Laser, or ABL, is a Boeing 747 aircraft being equipped with a high-powered
chemical laser to destroy ballistic missiles in their boost phase.
Chicago-based Boeing Co. is the prime contractor on the effort.
The aircraft files in a figure-eight pattern over an area deemed a likely site
of a missile launch.
Onboard infrared sensors would detect the launch
and feed that information into a computer
that would direct the laser turret to point
at the ascending missile.
The turret would then fire two lower-powered solid-state lasers --
one to track the missile and one to measure atmospheric distortion --
before shooting the high-powered chemical laser at the target.
DEFENSE
A good concrete building or the center of your next solid building of choice.
HINT - Drywall is NOT solid.
Nautilus
Chemical Laser Cannon

Already in use in Israel.
Proven effective in successfully intercepting Katyusha and other types of rockets,
as well as mortar shells. Good up to 2 kilometers. Weather can be a problem for it.
"The Radar Scope will give warfighters the capability to sense through a foot of concrete
and 50 feet beyond that into a room."
(If I find you listening through the walls of my house,
you're gonna get a conk on the noggin'.)
DEFENSE
Turn up the stereo, radio, TV, machinery, etc.
Whisper close to each other's ear, cupping the conversation with your hand.
(Then go outside and conk the creep on the noggin' !)
US5675103: Non-Lethal Tetanizing Weapon
All your muscles contract and you become rigid.
(An Honest-to-God ray-gun.)
"A non-lethal weapon for temporarily immobilizing a target subject by means of
muscular tetanization in which the tetanization is produced by conducting a
precisely-modulated electrical current through the target.
Because the electrical current is a close replication of the physiological neuroelectric impulses
which control striated muscle tissue, it tetanizes the subject's skeletal muscles without causing
any perceptible sensation.
The transmission of this current to the distant target is via two channels of electrically
conductive air. The conductive channels are created by multi-photon and collisional
ionization within the paths of two beams of coherent (laser) or columnated incoherent
ultraviolet radiation directed to the target. A single beam may be used to tetanize a
grounded target. The high-voltage tetanizing current flows from electrodes at the origin
of the beams along the channels of free electrons within them."
Layman's terms -
If you stuck two bare wires into your wall plug, you'd be electrocuted.
Your whole body would short out and lock up.
It would tetanize.
From tetanus - To become rigid.
Now it can be done without wires.
(Byte Me.)
DEFENSE
Look for twin parallel beams of green light.
(Think of the two bare wires from a wall socket.)
Those are air molecules de-ionizing after being charged by UV beams.
(After the fact.)
DO NOT let your body connect the circuit.
It has a 2km range.
It can't penetrate glass or water. Rain or fog are a problem for it.
Protect your eyes.
HAARP
High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program
Gakona, Alaska
Looking East towards Mount Sanford.
3.6 Billion Watt Transmitter.
August 11th 1987, Dr. Bernard J. Eastlund, filed and received US Patent Number 4,686,605 for the ARCO subsidiary APTI.
Now known as the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, or HAARP.
It shoots up to 3.6 Billion Watts into space.
It can be directed, aimed and steered.
It makes a big electronic bump in our atmosphere and makes it boil.
It can tear a hole in it.
It can wipe out communications.
It can change the weather.
It can literally rattle the planet.
Except for the makers and operators of this weapon who state,
"The intent (of HAARP) is to learn to exploit any effects,
not to play in tune to global symphonies."
Everyone else thinks it's a bad idea.
A good summation can be found HERE.
And, we don't have the only one.
There are transmitters everywhere.
From Arecibo, Puerto Rico; to Tromso, Norway; to Russia; to Australia; to the U.S.
They send out high power shock waves through everything.
Living and dead.

spear of Depleted Uranium, enter the Earth's gravity well, drop it from 90 miles up,
and guide it as it falls around 4,000 to 7,000 feet per second, where the sheer kinetic energy upon impact will penetrate up to 36 to 60 feet of solid granite.
"There is the projectile. There is the front of it. And, as you can see, there is debris around it, but little misshapen, but all it was, was depleted uranium shell. And, as I said, it went through 31 feet of granite at about 4,000 feet per second. It was accurate within 9.8 feet or to about 10 feet...The good thing about this is they never know it is coming. And, as I said, that went in excess, I believe, of about 60 feet of solid granite".
(Start at page 32 for military applications.)
[un]Depleted Uranium
Basically, when they refine uranium and take out all the pure and real spooky-dangerous stuff, (Which takes several hundred aluminum tubes, not just a few),
they only take out a little bit.
- BEGIN SCIENCE LESSON -
Depleted uranium [ DU ] results from the enriching of natural uranium for use in nuclear reactors.
Natural uranium is a low grade radioactive metal that is present in most rocks and soils as well as
in many rivers and sea water.
Natural uranium consists primarily of a mixture of two isotopes (forms) of uranium,
Uranium-235 (U235), and Uranium-238 (U238), in the proportion of about 0.7 and 99.3 percent,
respectively.
Nuclear reactors require U-235 to produce energy, therefore, the natural uranium has to be
enriched to obtain the isotope U-235 by removing a large part of the U-238.
Uranium-238 becomes DU, which is 0.7 times as radioactive as natural uranium.
Since DU has a half-life of 4.5 billion years, there is very little decay of those DU materials.
Natural uranium metal contains about 0.71% U-235; 99.28% U-238; 0.0054% U-234.
(It kinda looks like lead.)
The prize is the 0.71% of U-235.
They can get all but 0.3%
(The extraction rate takes about 11kg to yield 1kg of only 5% of the good stuff.)
That leaves 98.97% of radioactive stuff left.
So, it's hardly depleted at all.
It's 98.97% as radioactive and as deadly as it was before.
And it's refined.
- END SCIENCE LESSON -
It's expensive to store.
(Because it's radioactive.)
But inexpensive to buy.
(Because there's a lot of it and they're glad to be rid of it.)
It's extremely dense, 67% denser than lead, only slightly less than tungsten and gold,
and just 16% less dense than osmium or iridium, the densest naturally occurring substances known.
Its low cost makes it attractive for a variety of uses. However, the material is prone to corrosion
and small particles are pyrophoric. (A substance that ignites spontaneously.)

Delivered by guns, cannons, and bombs, when a DU round or bomb strikes a hard target, most of its kinetic energy is converted to heat and the DU ignites instantly.
From 40% to 70% of the DU is converted to extremely fine dust particles of
ceramic uranium oxide (primarily dioxide, through other formulations also occur).
Over 60% of these particles are smaller than 5 microns in diameter,
about the same size as the particles in cigarette smoke.
Civilian applications for depleted uranium are typically unrelated to its radioactive properties.
In the private sector it is mostly used in numerous commercial applications requiring a very
dense material for ballast and counterweights. Things like -
Sailboat keels, balancing control devices on aircraft, balancing and vibration damping on aircraft,
machinery ballast and counterweights, gyrorotors, and other electromechanical counterweights, shielding for medicine and industry, shipping container shielding for radio pharmaceuticals,
chemical catalyst, pigments, counterweights and sinker bars in oil drills, and x-ray tubes.
Other relatively minor consumer product uses have included -
incorporation into dental porcelain used for false teeth to simulate the fluorescence of
natural teeth; and in uranium-bearing reagents used in chemistry laboratories.
(And you thought mercury silver fillings were bad.)
Estimates of the DU 'aerosolized' into fine uranium oxide dust are approximately 30-40%.
That works out to over one million pounds of dust scattered throughout Iraq.
Mary Olson, a nuclear waste specialist and biologist at the Nuclear Information and Resource
Service in Washington, D.C. said, "Ingested DU particles can cause up to 100 times the
damage of an X-ray".
DU dust is spreading all over Europe.
DEFENSE
None.

As The Trebuchet Was To Castles, So These Weapons Are To The World.
Weird injuries and weapons are being reported from all over the Mideast.
Doctors finding the word 'test' written on plastic shrapnel embedded in victim's bodies.
Patients in hospitals saying "I feel chemicals. I feel high heat, I feel high pain,"
Doctors say they have never before seen such specific burn injuries,
concentrated so much on the lower body and causing such a high propensity of amputations. Others were afflicted by what was described as "translucent shrapnel not shown by X-ray"
that caused burns.
Weapons that don't burn your clothes, but burn you down to the bone.
Witnesses in Baghdad recount an oddly configured tank-mounted weapon reminiscent of a
flame thrower that appeared to be shooting concentrated lighting bolts rather than just
ordinary flames. They said the tank suddenly let loose a blinding stream of what seemed
like fire and lighting, engulfing a large passenger bus and three automobiles.
Within seconds the bus had become semi-molten, sagging "like a wet rag".
The bus rapidly melted, shrinking until it was a twisted blob about the dimensions
of a VW bug.
One witness explicitly describes seeing numerous human bodies shriveled to the size of
newborn babies. By the time local street fighting ended that day,
he estimates between 500 and 600 soldiers and civilians had been cooked alive
as a result of the mysterious tank-mounted device.

During 9/11.
Look familiar ?
This is NOT a leader.
This is a jackass and a coward.
This is a scared puppet.
Then why is he being made King ?
Because he does what he's told.
And he's too stupid to know any better.
Hell,...he's having the time of his life.
