cut his parish's emergency communications lines and he had to have his sheriff
restore the severed lines and post armed deputies to ensure that FEMA did not try to
cut the communications lines again. Broussard's statement:
"Yesterday - yesterday - FEMA comes in and cuts all our emergency communication lines.
They cut them without notice. Our sheriff, Harry Lee, goes back in, he reconnects the line.
He posts armed guards on our time and says, 'No one is getting near these lines'."

while serving the needs of their constituents, their family communities working toward
growth and prosperity for the whole.
We The People MUST BE the Check & Balance to the Legislative Branch.
Then there is the Judicial Branch,
to uphold the laws of the American Bill of Rights, and Constitution.
The Constitutional Laws - based on the Laws of the Land, Not the Laws of Men.
Some loopholes were discovered in the Constitution,
that has enabled them to make it up as they go along.
These loopholes have been there all along.
Along the way, there have been numerous executive administrative parties that take advantage
of these loopholes. This is one of those periods in time.
Pass GO, Collect $200, and No Jail. Not yet, anyway.
Now is Not The Time For Complacency.
Congress is working for two foreign, distinct, and separate nations to one another;
The Republican Union of 50 States ( America - You & Me),
and the United States (Federal).
Guess what ? This has nothing to do with party affiliations, faith affiliations,
or just plain living your life the way you want to affiliations.
If Greenbacks are the fuel that drives, then you and I don't fit the bill.

U.S. Government given up to new fascism
"When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying the cross."
This insightful quote is from a book written in 1935 by Sinclair Lewis titled,
'It Can't Happen Here'. When Lewis wrote it, fascism was sweeping Europe and he felt it
might become a threat here; he was right. The novel is a tale about an America with
many serious problems and an American president who becomes a dictator to "save" it.
Remember what Bush "the savior" said on December 18, 2002: "If this were a dictatorship,
it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator."
Guess what folks, we now have a dictator.
Under Bush II, our government has given up democracy for a new strain
of (American)
fascism.
We are presently experiencing some of its harmful tell-tale symptoms:
extreme nationalism (you're either with us or against us), the disdain of human rights,
unprecedented secrecy, military supremacy over domestic needs, fraudulent elections,
suppression of labor power and the protection and strengthening of corporate power,
using religion to manipulate public opinion, controlled mass media, the use of torture,
hatred of intellectuals
and the list goes on. George says that God talks to him and gives
him guidance -- seems God talks too much and gives bad advice too often.
I foresee the elections in 2006 to be the most important in my lifetime.
We must reaffirm democracy via a majority of Democrats in the House and Senate in 2006.

Under the 'Flag' with the Gold Fringe, Congress works for the Fed,
(The United States of America), which is working in direct opposition of
'We The People', (The American Republic Union of 50 States - You & Me).
Congress has no money, so they borrow from the Fed.
When Congress borrows this money, for the state they represent,
(Again, this means You & Me),
for buildings, infrastructures, funding of programs, education, etc.,
the State now operates under Fed jurisdiction. It's complied consent !

On top of borrowing this money on credit from the feds,
they are also accepting hefty campaign funds from the giant corporate lobbyists.
Congress failed in its duty to make and coin money,
real money backed by gold & silver for the American People.
Neither Congress, nor the people have any currency to keep the feds in check.
We've been left with no bargaining currency, only property collateral, IOUs.
They have their lawyers making all the rules those IOUs follow.
The courts are operating under this fiat system of law and order.
And when in times of war, (war on poverty, war on drugs, war on terrorists, etc.),
the laws are drawn up to fit the circumstances, to protect us from all kinds of bogeymen.
Guess what, the feds don't have any money either.
The money they 'raise' is filtered in through several areas;
debt repayment, federal programs, and foreign investors to name just a few sources.
Roosevelt 's New Democracy rallied for this 'new' currency and so birthed
The Fed's designed 'Federal Reserve Notes'.
It was bought hook, line & sinker by the American people.
It would streamline all forms of commerce and trade, and by golly,
get rid of those heavy silver and gold coins What a pain to carry those around.
Now the Notes are being replaced, cash is becoming obsolete, while this "money"
trades through our hands via Plastic, Digital, or now in some new instances,
even Bio (Through Your Flesh).
Ever worked hard to pay off bills, but you never seem to get ahead ?
With each passing day, you keep falling behind.
You continue to rack up your credit cards, your rob Paul to pay Peter.
If you stop paying because you are broke, the repo man comes and takes it away.
Can you say "Indentured Servitude" boys and girls ?

Okay, so the potential to have these loopholes in the Constitution exploited
have been there for generations. Every few generations though,
a very small group of broken,
disturbed adults find there way into positions overseeing policy.
They dole out their own method of abuse to the rest of us.
Personally & Collectively.
This administration is exploiting and abusing their power.
The Fed does not abide by the Common Law of the Land,
'The American Constitution'.
They are operating under several legal landscapes between
the Uniform Commercial Code,
The United States Code,
and the Uniform Military Code of Justice.
These laws were written in the name of trade regulations and rules.
These laws and code regulate the money (credit), and govern commerce within
America and now, the World.
The American People are waking up to these abuses of power.
This November 7th, take out the trash !
Don't let these broken, dead, pieces of human garbage continue to dictate policy that
has done nothing but bring death, destruction, corruption, looting, torture, et al.
They are traitors to the people of the American Republic.
They have been lying from the moment campaigning began to put this puppet regime
in place back in 2000. The Supreme Court unlawfully installed Bush as president.
The Congress is in the Executive Administration's pocket, save for a Few True American Patriots.
To even invoke all this death 'in the name of God' is just ludicrous.
They are Wolves in Sheep's Clothing and they are in Congress, not just at the door.

and find out how you can contribute your time to help bring about a new direction.
