Doh ! I just noticed I committed 'The New Year's Foible'.
Since the 16th, if you've noticed...It was dated for 2005...Whoops !
It's the, 'been writing 2005 for the last 12 months syndrome',
it takes a bit to connect for the next sequential number to mentally kick in.
Alright.. so what's been going on with me lately ?
I love to game. I'm a die-hard video gamer.
Have been ever since my first Atari computer.
I remember getting the computer mags and programming code into my Atari.
Remember 'Adventure' ?
Now...the technology is soooo amazin' !
Right now... I'm doing Might & Magic VIII, 'Day of the Destroyer' game.
I've given up for the moment on Arx Fatalis.
Don't have enough experience points to destroy Akkbar.
What a drag ! I thought it was a great, fun RPG game !
Looking forward to getting my hands on The Suffering 2 ! And Half Life 2 !
Heard there's a movie coming out for Silent Hill.
That's was a freaky game...very disturbing, scary

The circumstances that led me to this story -
I was doing some research on the financial musings of money people,
commenting on the loses and gains that came about from the Sept. 11th 2001 Event.
(Oh, oh, Hot Dog.)
What's funny ? Well, I guess it's necessary to not take life too seriously.
It's interesting to note what's happened since that information was published on the net:
'The Downing Street Minutes'
'Leaking of Valerie Plame's name'
FEMA / DHS Katrina & Rita Debacle
'Abramoff Scandal'
'Oil Companies Report Record Profits'
'WARRANT-LESS WIRETAPS'
and others.

Why does any American think that spying without a warrant has any more effect
in reducing the threat of terrorism than spying with a warrant ?
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which Bush is disobeying,
requires the executive to obtain from a secret panel of federal judges a warrant
for spying on Americans. The purpose of the law is to prevent a president
from spying for partisan political reasons. The law permits the president to spy first
(for 72 hrs.) and then come to the court for permission.
As the court meets in secret, spying without a warrant is no more effective in reducing
the threat of terrorism than spying with a warrant.

So, why go around the FISA court if what you're doing is above-board ?
Because, the FISA court would never allow any president to spy on
American citizens without probable cause.
The Bushies are keeping tabs on people that don't agree with their policies.
I'm sure they've picked up enough dirty laundry on Congress members
to keep them in line.
Ever wonder why GW Bush is smiling all the time ? What's he smirking about ?
Especially, that nervous.."I'm in charge, you gotta' just 'Trust Me' Rap.

The Prez is S'posed to be Elected (except for the last 2 terms)
to uphold the US Constitution.

The US Constitution is A Backbone to Our Democracy.
They just forgot to add, "Known and Yet Known Means of Science,
Technology & Communication."

The Unitary Executive President papers are to justify and grant Sole Presidential Power.
No Checks On The President's Power, No Balance.
Don't let the Title "Unitary" confuse you without reading the information.

"It's to confirm that there's only one President at a time, and the terms he will serve."
Duuuuhhhh, We have an Article In The US Constitution (22nd Amendment)
that already outlines this.
You'll notice that most of the governing power of the United States
rests in the hands of our Congressional Party.
That's why it's so important to whoever the President is, to put forth their own agenda,
that the Congress be solely within their own party line.
Today we have a Republican Controlled Congress.
Alito supports the dictatorship reign in America.
The crying game, was exactly that.
Simply a ruse to deflect attention....Ahh, look you made her cry.
He's not a supporter of civil liberties and individual rights.
It's not even about Roe v' Wade. Another deflection. It's bigger than that.
These 'Quasi' Acts & Amendments that are being passed and signed are to take
away the Legislative Branch of Power.
If the Supreme Court (which is the 'law of the land'),
is stacked to promote and defend Presidential Powers, then there will be no recourse.
What the President says, goes.
This Does Not Represent A Democracy, "For the People, By the People."
It represents only a few. The few that have, and have more.
And they want to keep it that way.
So, how did this all come about ? It didn't happen overnight.
What was it that enabled the American People
to just hand over
their Unalienable Rights ?
